Delivery Information

GURGAON

A same-day delivery service for a specific radius of 0-15kms is available for orders placed before 11pm. For Gurgaon areas outside 15kms radius, we are happy to accept same day orders till 8PM. Your order will be delivered to the address named by you during the delivery time slot you select. We are unable to provide a specific time, however, we do our best to honor delivery time slots. Sometimes due to road and weather conditions or other factors, a reasonable delay may occur. We appreciate your understanding. Please ensure somebody is home during the time slot to accept the delivery. Please note, during bad weather conditions, riots, road closures or other factors that concern our delivery staff safety, we may not be able to offer a Same-Day delivery service, please keep this in mind when ordering during these periods and we will call you to plan on the next best delivery time and date. 

Incase of Missed Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address named by you within the time slot you choose. If we experience issues while delivering, such as unable to get a hold of receiver, we will contact you by telephone. Incase we are unable to reach you, the delivery is returned and we can make a second attempt the next day for an additional delivery fee depending on area. We do not make more then 2 attempts. In case of two failed attempts, your order is considered processed. 

Designer Cakes delivery is available in some cases for an additional delivery fees dispending on area.. We mostly encourage a pick up from our Greater Kailash outlet.
